Do I need a Lead to add a Backup?
Yes. A Backup needs a Lead for the same role. If there's no Lead yet, you're asked to set one first.
Does a Backup see the invite right away?
No. When you press Send invites, only the Lead gets it. Backups stay queued and see nothing yet.
Can I change the order of the Backups?
Yes. Drag the invite list before you send. After that, Pending invites keeps the queue: reorder it or withdraw an invite.
What happens when the Lead declines?
You get a notification and the first Backup gets the invite at that moment. This runs up to the day before the session. Once someone accepts, the other invites close.
What if I withdraw an invite that was sent?
The next Backup gets it. A Backup that wasn't sent yet leaves without a notice.
