Can I keep a client brief private?
Set Visibility to Private (Invite only): only the people you share it with see it. Label members can keep it to the label or a division.
How do I set the client deadline?
Pick a date in Apply by. After that date, Submit Song disappears. You can move the date from the brief.
How do I know a song needs an answer?
A song with no reply for a day shows needs reply. It waits in Submissions until you answer.
How do I send the shortlist to the client?
Open Submissions, press the download icon and tick the songs. They arrive as one zip of audio files.
Can writers message me out of the blue?
You choose who can write to you. With your DMs off, a song arrives with Accept and Decline.
