How do I bring my artists into the Roster?
Send a label invite by email from the Roster page and pick the role they join with. They join when they accept.
Who sees a session I keep in the label?
Set Visibility to your label name in the builder. Pick a division and only that team sees it. Private means only the people you invite.
Can I send an update to my whole label?
Yes. Executives pick Internal communication from Create, for the whole label or one division, Roster only or with the other executives.
Can I see who in my Roster is working?
Yes. Label executives open Noise Radar from Discover. The Roster card counts who was active, by role and genre.
What happens when a Lead says no?
The first Backup in line gets the invite automatically. A Backup sees nothing until the Lead declines.
