Smart Backups

Pick a Backup before the Lead declines.

Set a Lead and a Backup for each role. If the Lead declines, the Backup gets the invite.

Key capabilities

Set Lead or Backup for each role
Open Add people to this session and pick a person. Tick a role, then switch it from Lead to Backup. A Backup needs a Lead for the same role.
Put your Backups in order
Drag the invite list to set which Backup comes first. The Lead gets the invite when you hit Send invites. The Backups stay queued and see nothing yet.
The next Backup steps in
When the Lead declines, the first Backup gets the invite. It works up to the day before the session. Once someone accepts, the other invites close.
