Sync & Creative Agencies

Share a brief and get songs back by the deadline.

Share a brief with the writers who fit it. Each song arrives in a chat with its writer.

Use cases

  • Write the brief for a sync request

Pick Brief when you create, and give it a title. Write the scene, the mood and the length in Brief. Press Publish brief and it goes live.

  • Pick the writers who receive it

Open Shared with and search for writers. Narrow it to Favourites, a group or your Roster. Press Share and the brief is theirs to open.

  • Keep a client brief private

Set Visibility to Private (Invite only). Only the people you share it with can see it. Label members can keep it to the label or a division.

  • Set the deadline the client gave you

Pick a date in Apply by. After that date, Submit Song disappears. You can move the date from the brief.

  • Listen to each song in its chat

Every submission opens a chat with its writer. The song card plays the audio right there. A note and a link come with it, if they added one.

  • Send the shortlist to the client

Open Submissions and press the download icon. Tick the songs you want to send. They arrive as one zip of audio files.

Benefits

  • Every writer answers in their own chat

Reply to the writer under their song. Ask for a new mix in the same chat.

  • A count of the songs on the brief

Submissions on the brief shows how many came in. Tap it to see one row per writer. Tap a name and their chat opens.

  • Songs you have not answered get flagged

A song with no reply for a day shows needs reply. It waits in Briefs Submissions until you answer.

  • Close the brief when you have enough

Press Close Submissions and new songs stop. Press Reopen Submissions if the client wants more.

  • You choose who can write to you

With your DMs off, a song arrives with Accept and Decline. Accept opens the chat with that writer.
